Bella Spa Etiquette
- Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by muting cell phones and pagers.
- Our schedule is designed to permit the correct time needed for your services. Please help us by being on time. Late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments. When visiting us for the first time, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to allow time to fill out your personal profile.
- Cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. In such cases a 24 hour cancellation notice is appreciated so that we may accommodate another client in your place.
- As a courtesy to our other salon clients, please be sure that children are supervised at all times.
- If a medical condition exists, or if you are pregnant, check with your healthcare provider prior to services.
- $25 fee for all returned checks.
- Prices are subject to change.
- Gift certificates are available and are non-refundable.
